A dual-purpose liniment for use in cases of swelling, as well as stiff and tense muscles
Lavender Liniment can be used as a warming and cooling gel. It is used for swelling, sore joints, and tense and stiff muscles. Arnica and witch hazel help reduce swelling, while rosemary and spike lavender stimulate circulation.
Application
Use neat before work and massage into the desired area to warm cold, stiff muscles and joints. For a warming or refreshing wash that also penetrates sweat and sebum, dilute 1 part liniment with 20 parts water (warm or cold).
