Should an item not quite meet your expectations, you can, of course, simply return it to us.

To do this, please complete our withdrawal form within 14 days of receiving your order and send the items to us with a shipping service of your choice, or request a DHL return label (within Germany) for €4.99.

Please also note the information on the right of withdrawal in our General Terms and Conditions, especially regarding custom-made or sealed products.
