A horse's coat shines when it's healthy. This natural shine should be intensified through grooming and protect the long hair from knots and matting.
As with shampoos, shine sprays of any kind must be tested for skin compatibility. Products made from cheap raw materials (e.g., industrial lubricants) can damage horsehair and cause skin irritation. These raw materials are poorly or not at all biodegradable.
Effol's shine spray effortlessly removes knots, shavings, and straw during combing. It gives the tail and mane bounce and volume, and successfully prevents brittle, dry hair.
