The Quick Knot Deluxe braiding aid is a flexible mane needle with three gripping arms that secure your pony's or horse's braided mane in the perfect position after rolling it up. To do this, you push the mane needle through the rolled-up, braided plait until the three gripping arms grip at the other end. Then simply bend the long mane needle. Done! This creates beautiful rolled plaits that advantageously showcase your pony's or horse's neck and topline.

For Normal and Thick Manes: Standard & XL Sizes

You can choose between two different Quick Knot Deluxe sizes to match the respective mane.

The Quick Knot Deluxe Standard braiding aid is suitable for normal mane length (a hand's width) and many elegant smaller plaits. The Quick Knot Deluxe XL braiding aid with a longer mane needle is suitable for very thick, luxuriant manes and longer manes for larger rolled plaits. This way, you can avoid tedious and time-consuming sewing. The Quick Knot Deluxe braiding aid in black perfectly matches black, grey, pinto, dark bay, dun, and bay horses. This innovative braiding aid suits every horse color, and color combinations from the Quick Knot Deluxe color spectrum (black, white, and brown) are also suitable, for example, for pintos.

After use, the Quick Knot Deluxe braiding aid can be reused if handled correctly, making this braiding aid a sustainable product and saving you money. To do this, carefully bend the long mane needle back into shape.

The Quick Knot Deluxe braiding aid should not be used on horses suffering from sweet itch, horses with rubbed manes, foals, and horses with too little mane.

How Quick Knot Deluxe Works

Instructions for use:

1. Divide the mane with a mane comb into a maximum of 35 equally sized strands and secure them. Braid the divided strands and secure them with a mane elastic.
2. Roll the braided plait neatly and tightly until it forms a nice, firm rolled plait, and have the Quick Knot Deluxe braiding aid ready.
3. Insert the Quick Knot Deluxe braiding aid straight through the entire rolled plait.
4. Ensure the long mane needle is in the center of the rolled plait. Position the rolled plait in the desired position.
5. Carefully bend the long mane needle around the rolled plait to the right or left to finally secure the Quick Knot Deluxe braiding aid. Done!
6. To remove the Quick Knot braiding aid, carefully bend the long mane needle back into shape.
7. Gently pull the Quick Knot Deluxe braiding aid out of the plait by the gripping arms. The rolled plait will loosen without tearing out any hairs. With proper use, the Quick Knot Deluxe braiding aid is reusable.
