The two rug parts are attached by rings on the neck piece with strong Velcro fasteners to the second rear rug part in front of the saddle. The neck piece can also be attached to the bridle, preventing slipping and flapping. The strong Velcro fasteners ensure a secure fit of the neck piece in every gait of the horse.
