The Huflab Hoof Strengthener from leovet is the ideal hoof care product for horses with cracked and brittle hooves, low heels, loose hoof horn, and for barefoot horses. It strengthens the hoof wall and sole. It ensures a secure fit of the horseshoes. It protects against hoof decay. It makes the hoof significantly more durable.

The coconut oil has a protective and nourishing effect and moisturizes the skin and horn. The linseed oil is rich in vitamins, minerals, and unsaturated fatty acids. It stabilizes the hoof by forming natural polymers and is helpful for cracked and dry horn. Horse chestnut is a tannic acid donor that binds the keratins in the hoof. It has a strengthening and stabilizing effect. The sunflower oil has a soothing and moisturizing effect. It strengthens the natural protective barrier and conditions the hooves. The tannin from the oak bark is a tannic acid donor that binds the keratins in the hoof, providing greater strength. The tannin "glues" the dead horny layers together and hardens the hoof. Wintergreen oil promotes circulation, regenerates, and soothes, making the hoof more resilient.

Application:
Apply three times a week initially, then once a week after the hoof has hardened, to the clean, dry hoof wall and, if necessary, to the sole. Do not apply to the coronary band, ball, or frog! For shod horses, apply up to the nail holes; for unshod horses, apply to the tread and white line.

The leovet hoof strengthener comes with a removable brush applicator. The brush applicator allows for easy, precise application of the hoof strengthener. The brush on the applicator can be removed for cleaning or if you prefer to use a separate brush for application.
