Clay is one of the white healing clays. It is excellent for cooling stressed joints and tendons. Zinc, when applied externally, is known for its positive effects on the skin. Arnica extract comes from the flowers of the arnica plant and supports the regeneration of tendons, ligaments, and muscles. Arnica has an invigorating and soothing effect. Wintergreen oil promotes circulation, regenerates, and soothes.

Application:
Moisten skin and coat thoroughly with water. Then apply a thick layer and spread evenly. Allow to dry completely, then simply brush off any residue.
