Especially during coat changes or with clipped horses, spurs can cause damage. Even a restless rider's leg without the use of spurs or very sensitive horses benefit from the spur protection girth as an effective side belly protector. Of course, you can also use the robust protective girth preventively, during trail rides, show jumping, or training.

Thoughtful Fixation for Maximum Stability

The spur protection girth is approximately 25 cm wide and sits behind the saddle girth, used under the saddle pad and saddle.
On the front side, there are two Velcro loops that are attached to the saddle girth to prevent the spur protection girth from slipping backward during the horse's movement. There are also loops in the wither area for attachment to the saddle's D-rings. Ideal for show jumping.
When using the elastic belly bandage, the material may cause slight changes in sensitivity.
