The shimmering silver saddle pad from SD Design's GEM Collection is a unique saddle pad. The special fabric creates a metallic, shiny, and shimmering surface. Depending on the light, shadows, and movement, the elegantly shimmering saddle pad is reminiscent of a gemstone. A special saddle pad deserves a special name and a special meaning. Janne K. Hansen, CEO of SD Design, and her team chose the collection name GEM, which is an abbreviation for Gemstones. Silver Gemstones – silver gemstones represent wealth, prosperity, and emotions.
The silver saddle pad features a gemstone pattern in the quilting, the GEM quilting. The saddle pad sits comfortably while riding and doesn't slip. The anatomical cut allows for easy chambering around the withers, providing ample room for the mane and withers. This prevents pressure on the sensitive spinous processes or withers. The interior is made of a unique QuickDry material, making the saddle pad both breathable and sweat- and heat-wicking.
The saddle pad has a metallic satin finish that is dirt-repellent.
The girth strap and girth loop are equipped with a hook-and-loop fastener, allowing for easy removal. The SD Design logo is located on the left side of the saddle pad. A silver cord and a white and silver twisted cord complete the elegant look.

Care instructions:
The metallic fabric retains its shape after washing and won't fade. Hand wash or gentle cycle at max. 30°C is recommended. Do not spin dry! Wash inside out in a wash bag to protect the cords and badge/logo. After washing, gently pull back into shape and hang to dry.
