Stübben Hybrid Jumping Boots Brown – Evolution in Leg Protection
Leg protection for your horse is essential in show jumping, gymnastic jumping, and cavaletti training. But which jumping boots offer sufficient freedom of movement, protection, and good ventilation?
The brown Hybrid Jumping Boots from the Stübben Evolution series offer your horse highly functional protection through an innovative design that is adapted to the horse's anatomy, thus ensuring horse-friendly comfort. When working and training with poles, the tendons, joints, and sensitive legs of horses must be protected against possible collisions and impacts. The Stübben Hybrid Jumping Boots with their revolutionary hard shell design offer reliable protection for the tendons and fetlock joints of the front legs with maximum freedom of movement, comfort, and constant ventilation.
Hard Shell Boots with Flexibility: The Revolutionary Cut-Out System
What is the detailed difference between the Stübben Hybrid Jumping Boots and conventional hard shell boots? The cut of the Hybrid Jumping Boots is completely different. Due to a side cut-out of the boot above the fetlock joint and adapted padding, your horse's fetlock joint has more freedom of movement in every gait, but also when taking off before the jump, when bending the horse's legs over the jump, and not least when landing after the jump. The side cut-out allows the boot to move with the horse's joints in two sections. The spatial division of the jumping boot creates a buffer zone that allows the boot to compress or stretch with movement. This high flexibility means these boots flatter the horse's leg, and the breathable, soft mesh lining cushions the boots. Thus, the Hybrid Jumping Boots have a "hard" shell with a "soft" innovative core!
Conventional hard shell boots in show jumping are immobile and rigid, allowing little space and flexibility for the movement of the fetlock joints. This can lead to chafing and unnecessary pressure points, which are uncomfortable and unnecessary for horses.
The Stübben Hybrid Jumping Boots combine the properties of a hard shell boot and a softshell boot with innovative ventilation and a new cut for more flexibility.
Optimal Ventilation & Protection for Tendons and Joints
The well-thought-out jumping boots from Stübben offer constant ventilation through a ventilation system that has both lateral vertical ventilation openings and vertical ventilation openings in the tendon area. Conventional boots often have no ventilation system at all or an insufficient one. The Evolution Hybrid Jumping Boots stand for hard shell protection and flexion, without restricting or even disturbing your horse in its natural movements.
The brown Hybrid Boots from the Stübben Evolution series can be particularly well combined with brown leather and light as well as earthy color tones. Brown is a classic in equestrian sports.

Application Instructions:
- Check inner lining before applying: Make sure the lining is clean, dry, and free of sand or dirt to prevent skin irritation or chafing.
- Apply in the direction of hair growth: Always apply the boots in the direction of hair growth to ensure a smooth and comfortable fit – never against the grain.
- Correct position and fastening: The fastenings should point forward and be on the outside of the leg. Fasten them securely, but not too tightly, to ensure comfort and blood circulation.
- Check fit: Make sure the boots sit evenly and correctly on the leg to allow for optimal protection and full freedom of movement.
Care instructions: The jumping boots can be gently cleaned of dirt and sand after use with a very soft brush or sponge. For heavy soiling, the boots can be carefully hand-washed or machine-washed at low temperatures in a laundry bag on a gentle cycle, without bleach, without spinning. Air dry. Not suitable for tumble drying.
