Stübben Hybrid Jumping Boots Fleece Black – Evolution in Leg Protection for Horses
Leg protection for your horse is essential in show jumping, gymnastic jumping, and cavaletti training. But which jumping boots offer sufficient freedom of movement, protection, and good ventilation?
The black Hybrid Jumping Boots Fleece from the Stübben Evolution series offer your horse highly functional protection through an innovative design that is adapted to the horse's anatomy, thus ensuring horse-friendly comfort. When working and training with poles, the tendons, joints, and sensitive legs of horses must be protected against possible collisions and impacts. The Stübben Hybrid Jumping Boots Fleece with their revolutionary hard-shell design offer reliable protection for the tendons and fetlock joints of the front legs with maximum freedom of movement, comfort, and constant ventilation.
Soft Fleece Lining: The Ideal Solution for Sensitive Horse Legs
Experience shows that the Stübben Evolution boot with its soft fleece lining is particularly suitable for sensitive horses. The beige fleece is designed not to be bulky, allowing the usual fit and size to be chosen. Friction is minimized, and the fleece, designed to look like fur, caresses the horse's leg. Visually, the light fleece creates a beautiful contrast to the black outer shell. Elegant and functional for your daily training, competitions, or rides.
Hard-Shell Boots with Flexibility: The Revolutionary Cut-Out System
What is the detailed difference between the Stübben Hybrid Jumping Boots Fleece and conventional hard-shell boots? The cut of the Hybrid Jumping Boots Fleece is completely different. Thanks to a lateral cut-out of the boot above the fetlock joint and adapted padding, your horse's fetlock joint has more freedom of movement in every gait, but also when taking off before a jump, when bending the horse's legs over the jump, and not least when landing after the jump. The lateral cut-out allows the boot to move with the horse's joints in two sections. This spatial separation of the jumping boot creates a buffer zone that allows the boot to compress or stretch with movement. This high flexibility allows these boots to caress the horse's leg, and the breathable, soft fleece lining cushions the boots. This means the Hybrid Jumping Boots have a "hard" shell with a "soft" innovative core!
Conventional hard-shell jumping boots are inflexible and rigid, providing little space and flexibility for the movement of the fetlock joints. This can lead to chafing and unnecessary pressure points, which are unpleasant and unnecessary for horses.
The Stübben Hybrid Jumping Boots Fleece combine the features of a hard-shell boot and a softshell boot with innovative ventilation and a new cut for more flexibility.
Optimal Ventilation & Protection for Tendons and Joints
Stübben's well-designed jumping boots offer constant ventilation through a ventilation system that has both lateral vertical ventilation openings and vertical ventilation openings in the tendon area. Conventional boots often have no ventilation system at all or an insufficient one. The Evolution Hybrid Jumping Boots Fleece stand for hard-shell protection and flexion, without restricting or even disturbing your horse's natural movements.
The black Hybrid Boots from Stübben's Evolution series can be combined with any riding outfit.

- Check inner lining before applying: Make sure the fleece lining is clean, dry, and free of sand or dirt to avoid skin irritation or chafing.
- Apply in the direction of the coat: Always apply the boots in the direction of hair growth to ensure a smooth and comfortable fit – never against the grain.
- Correct position and closure: The closures should point forward and be on the outside of the leg. Close them securely but not too tightly to ensure comfort and blood circulation.
- Check fit: Make sure the boots fit evenly and correctly on the leg to allow optimal protection and full freedom of movement.
Care instructions: After use, the jumping boots can be carefully cleaned of dirt and sand with a very soft brush or sponge. For heavy soiling, the boots can be carefully hand-washed or machine-washed at low temperatures in a laundry bag on a gentle cycle, without bleach, without spinning. Air dry.
