This is the principle behind the new Harry’s Horse Bareback Pad Faux Fur in black, which is a new and revised version of the popular Harry’s Horse Bareback Pad. The functional and horse-friendly attributes are convincing, and the new fluffy underside made of faux fur completes the overall look.

Comfortable seat with non-slip material

The Bareback Pad Faux Fur is equipped with soft, non-slip material on the top, which ensures comfortable seating and an appealing appearance.

Optimal orientation & support for riders

The soft and flexible, lateral bareback pad flaps provide the rider with orientation for the optimal position of the upper and lower leg, without disturbing or even stopping the rider's natural movement in all basic gaits. Nevertheless, they give the rider a feeling of security, for example during larger canter strides, but do not replace a balanced seat, which is trained with the Bareback Pad Faux Fur.

Padding & pressure distribution

The padding of the bareback pad is designed to absorb swinging movements and ensures better pressure distribution. Here too, the seat serves as an orientation for the rider's optimal seating position, making it easier to sit "in the horse".

The filling of the bareback pad saddle consists of high-density foam. This prevents painful indentation of the rider's seat bones into the horse's musculature, especially in the seat area.

Anatomical design & V-girthing

The girth straps of the bareback saddle are designed as so-called V-girthing, which distributes pressure evenly across the entire bareback pad and does not act as a point load on only a few spinous processes.

The underside of the Bareback Pad Faux Fur consists of a non-slip light beige faux fur. This ensures an optimal, stable position on the horse's back and adapts to the contact surface of the horse's back.
The anatomical back shape of the bareback pad is also suitable for ponies and horses with a higher wither.

Practical details

A handle in the front area of the saddle serves to lift the bareback pad, for example when saddling or unsaddling. This handle is not intended as a mounting aid or for the rider to hold onto the pad.

The attachment for stirrups was deliberately omitted. The Bareback Pad Faux Fur can only be used without stirrups, as otherwise enormous pressure peaks would occur in the area of the horse's spine and wither.

The Harry’s Horse Bareback Pad Faux Fur is suitable for beginners who want to learn a relaxed and swinging seat, as well as advanced riders who want to improve their seat.

The lateral girth pads can be pushed to the desired height. The underside of the girth pads is equipped with the proven Shark-Skin nubs, which prevent slipping during riding. The girth protector additionally stabilizes the position of the riding pad.
