Harry's Horse Loose Ring Comfort Lock double broken locking

The Comfort Lock loose ring snaffle from Harry's Horse is a double-jointed loose ring snaffle with a bit thickness of 14mm. However, the bit works differently than conventional double-jointed loose ring snaffles and becomes a bar when pressure is applied, for example with boisterous horses that buck against the bit. This is due to the locking (blocking) middle section of the bit in the direction of pull. However, as soon as the horse accepts the rein aids, the bit has a soft and pleasant effect on the tongue and bars. This initiates a learning process in the horse, and the horse holds back as soon as the bar effect of the Comfort Lock bit sets in. This loose ring snaffle is also suitable for training young horses. By using a locking bit, there is no need to resort to a sharper bit. Sharper bits often lead to horses becoming overly cautious, cowering, and even falling behind in their basic pace.
